These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Numisma ("we", "us", or "our"), a financial education provider operating from 5 Shenton Way, #33-01, UIC Building, Singapore 068808.
By enquiring about, enrolling in, or participating in any Numisma programme, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with enrolment.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
2. Nature of Services
Numisma offers educational programmes designed to improve participants' understanding of personal finance and investment principles. These programmes include:
- Emergency Fund Strategy Session — a 2-week programme (SGD 160) covering emergency fund planning and savings strategy
- Systematic Investment Planning — a 5-week programme (SGD 420) covering disciplined investment principles and planning
- Complete Financial Architecture — a 16-week programme (SGD 1,350) covering comprehensive personal financial planning
All services are educational in nature. Numisma does not hold a capital markets services licence or financial adviser's licence under the Financial Advisers Act (Cap. 110) of Singapore. Nothing in our programmes constitutes regulated financial advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any specific investment product, or a solicitation of any kind.
Participants are responsible for their own financial decisions and should seek appropriately licensed professional advice before acting on any information provided in sessions.
3. Enrolment and Programme Access
Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment and written confirmation from Numisma. Programme access and scheduling will be arranged following enrolment confirmation.
Sessions are conducted at mutually agreed times and may take place in person, by video call, or by phone. Specific delivery formats will be confirmed at the time of enrolment.
Participants must be at least 18 years of age to enrol. Couples or joint participants in the Complete Financial Architecture programme must both consent to participation and to the sharing of relevant financial information within the programme context.
4. Fees and Payment
Programme fees are as listed on our website and in our communications. All fees are stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of applicable goods and services tax (GST) where relevant.
Payment is due in full prior to the commencement of any programme, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment by bank transfer or such other methods as notified at the time of enrolment.
Numisma reserves the right to adjust programme fees. Any changes will not affect programmes already confirmed and paid for.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
We understand that circumstances can change. Our policy is as follows:
- Cancellation more than 7 days before the first session: Full refund, less a SGD 25 administrative fee.
- Cancellation within 7 days of the first session: 50% refund of the total programme fee.
- Cancellation after the first session has commenced: No refund is available. If exceptional circumstances apply, please contact us and we will consider the situation in good faith.
- Rescheduling: Participants may reschedule individual sessions with at least 48 hours' notice. Rescheduling requests with less than 48 hours' notice may be treated as a missed session.
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at [email protected] or call +65 8749 3216.
If Numisma is unable to deliver a programme due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.
6. Programme Materials
Materials provided as part of a programme — including calculators, templates, guides, and written plans — are for the personal use of the enrolled participant only. They may not be reproduced, distributed, sold, or shared with third parties without Numisma's prior written consent.
All programme materials are the intellectual property of Numisma or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws in Singapore.
7. Confidentiality
Numisma treats all information shared during sessions as confidential. We will not disclose your personal financial circumstances or session content to any third party without your consent, except where required by law.
We ask that participants also respect the confidentiality of any information shared by our advisers, including any proprietary frameworks, tools, or methodologies disclosed during sessions.
8. Participant Responsibilities
To benefit fully from our programmes, participants are encouraged to:
- Attend all scheduled sessions and complete agreed preparatory tasks
- Provide accurate and complete financial information where requested
- Engage with the material in good faith and at their own pace
- Raise any concerns about programme delivery promptly so they can be addressed
Numisma is not responsible for outcomes that arise from incomplete participation, inaccurate information provided by the participant, or decisions made independently of programme guidance.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, Numisma's total liability to you in connection with any programme shall not exceed the fee paid by you for that programme.
Numisma shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss arising from your participation in, or reliance on, any programme or materials. This includes but is not limited to investment losses, missed financial opportunities, or decisions made on the basis of educational content provided.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law.
10. Complaints
We are committed to delivering a considered, professional experience. If you have a concern about any aspect of our service, please contact us at [email protected]. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 3 business days and to resolve them within 14 business days.
